Is there any way to change your login ID on the Member website? My login ID is an email address that I no longer use. I did go in somewhere and changed my actual email address, but I'd like to change my login ID also. Thanks.

Call the Member Services phone number. Select 1 for Member Services, the 6 for technical assistance with DVCMember.com. Tell them you want to reset your account to a new login name. They'll basically delete your web site account and give you a code to create a new one.

They just released the new web site update this morning, so I have a feeling that number will have a very long wait queue. You may want to put this call off for a while.
