I thought I read a post not too long ago that DVC had fixed the problems with the member web site. However, I'm still getting the "page not available" error whenever I try to view my existing reservations. Is this just me, or are others having the same problem?

definitely!!!

from another site
Log into DVCMEMBER.com as usual.....
Click on My Vacation Points, to the right of the screen, under MY MEMBERSHIP. (Allow page to fully load)
Next Click on Annual Dues to the left of the screen again under MY MEMBERSHIP. (Allow page to fully load)
Then click on My Vacation Points again to the left of the screen still under MY MEMBERSHIP. (Allow page to fully load)
Now when you click on View Vacation Details, you actually can see them

this does work.

That did work, but the are 2 problems:
1-the first time I tried it when I tried to get the print view I got this page is not available (it did work the second time)
2-you shouldn't have to do all this to get to your reservations so in that sense I would not considerthe problem fixed.

Either way-thanks for the "back door" way of getting there.

Thanks for the info :thumbsup2 ! I'm happy, for now, that I can at least view the vacation details.

Wow! Thanks for the work around. How much experimentation did it take to come up with that one.

I feel like a kid typing in a cheat code in a game system. Up, up, jump, left, up, up, right, fire.

Or is it the new DVC version of a secret handshake? :rotfl2:

Thanks again.

The problem is definitely not fixed but fortunately we have a way to get to that page in the mean time. And the developers now have a big clue that should help them identify and fix the problem with the Vacation Details page.

I waited on hold for 20 minutes a couple of days ago with member services trying to report our temporary fix to the internet group. They finally took my information and said that one of the techs would call me back.
Well today I get the canned response email telling me that my concerns have been reported to their partners. I guess they don't care. :sad2:
