Can I call MS with questions if Im not yet a DVC member or is it exclusive to DVC members?

No, MS is exclusive. If you have questions either call your guide or post them here.

Thx! I already posted my question about occupancy but it seems to be a iffy subject so I thought I would call and get an answer right from MS. I guess its more incentive to hurry up and become a member.

Not really an iffy subject and I believe Chuck pointed you to the Occupancy thread. The members here on the DIS really do know the answers (often better than Member Services).

I looked at the occupancy thread but it seemed like the info was very dated. Maybe I didn't look hard enough. It just doesn't make sense to me that you couldn't have 4 adults, a teenager, and a 3yr old in any of the 1 bedroom rooms!

There is a king bed and sofa bed in most 1 bedroom units. Some have a chair/bed in the LR too. The rule is 4 clear. You need a 2 BR for 6 people. The 1 BR isn't designed for 6.

You could do 5 adults plus a child UNDER 3 in a 1 bedroom at AKV, BLT, and OKW. Not at any others though.

Were either gonna stay at OKW or AKV regardless of what room we have to get. With that said, our daughter is 3 not "Under" 3 so i don't know if that would work.

A three year old counts. One child under three doesn't count. If you have twin two year olds, one will count and one will not.

If your daughter turned three the day you arrive, she counts. If she turns three the day after you arrive, she doesn't.

You have six in your party.
