member services telephone menu

has anyone ever taken the time to compile a chart of the telephone menu options for Member services?? I hate having to listen to all of the selections but am too new to know all of the choices!!!
 
I believe it's #4, then #4 for DVC Resort reservations.

I'd have to listen to the menu for anything else...
 
Actually, it's 3, 3 for reservations. I made a WLV reservation this week, so it's fresh in my memory. And you don't have to wait for the voice to get to that point in the menu, either. As soon as you hear someone talking, press 3. When you hear the voice again, press 3 again and you're in.

I was lucky to not have to be on hold when I called. I dialed the 800 number, hit 3, 3 again, told the CM what I needed, and said goodbye. Total elapsed time was about 3 minutes or less. Gotta love it!

If you don't have your card, do you have your member number memorized? You won't get far without it.
