I will be one of the many on Sunday trying to book my first trip Home. I have a quick Question. If you call prior to 9 do you get put in the hold queue or does the queue start at 9?

If you call too early you get a message that says "we are closed please call back" so you may want to call at 8:59 a.m. or right at 9:00 a.m. I am sure that it will be busy that morning.
