Member Services phones busy

Is it possible that the lines are busy because there are fewer people to answer them, due to spreading the same number of people out over more hours (all day Saturday, and soon to come Sunday, too)?
 
It just so weird, I had the opposite luck last Saturday, 407 number rang busy for hours, 800 number went through on first try, no wait for a CM :confused3

This was my luck last Saturday too.

It's also the only way to get DVC priced tickets to special events, so that adds to the congestion as well. Not to mention 11 month window for Dec and 7 month window for summer is occurring now.
 
O.K., you all now have me dreading the fact I have to call MS just to make DME reservations (it's the ONLY way, the area at the general DME # can't do it, their system won't accept our 12 digit confirmation #s).:mad:

O.K. addendum: I discovered you can make DME reservations on the DVC website. Just did; I'll try calling at some point in the near future just to make sure the reservation went through (you don't get any kind of confirmation on the site or via email).
