I can’t seem to get through to member services Anymore. Anyone else having that problem?

It has been this way for months and really no end in sight. We just all have to be patient .

I know it's been said a million times but... call back service would be so nice! Right now you I can't even get ON hold. Just the "thank you - all agents are are busy helping other members - call back another time" message and click - hung up. You know... after pushing a few buttons and having to listen to a long message about cruise line cancelations. Will keep trying .

Edit: 4th call and I'm finally on hold - woo hoo! Disney music for hours here I come. How am I strangely happy about that?
