Member services phone problems

Is anyone else having a problem calling the 1-800 member services number today? I follow the prompts to connect to trip planning, it rings once, then nothing. In the background I faintly hear voices, but I waited for 15 minutes with no further response, then hung up and called back with the same results. I keep expecting at least a recorded message. Anyone else?

No issues that I am aware. Did you try the non 800 #?

Also, if that happens, you can always pick another prompt and have them connect you. On more than one occasion, I have called while multi-tasking and pressed wrong prompts and then they've hooked me right up with the correct ones.
