Member Services phone number?

I know there was a recent post that listed the phone number for member services but I cannot find it. We are close...with an accepted offer on a resale at Boardwalk!!! SO EXCITED! Hopefully you guys can welcome me home officially in the next couple of weeks!

I don't know if member services will talk to me yet, but I wanted to get some preliminary information about a cruise that we want to book as soon as we're in the system. We will probably pay points for our 7 day cruise for the 2 of us adults but will probably pay cash for our kids. Wanted to know the kids price that corresponds to the 78 points?

hi: with a resale, i don't know if you'll be in their system yet. their phone number is 1-800-800-9800.

You will be asked for a member number to talk to them. I am not sure you will be able to do this, but they might accomodate you if you give your social security number etc. Do you have the number from the previous owners of this contract?

and they were very accomodating - gave me some general information on points versus cash for the time periods I am interested in. Now I can digest the info and figure out the best way to book my first DVC vacation as soon as we close! She was very nice - a great first impression of the level of service!
