Can anyone tell me what MS phone number is and there hours of operation? We are new members and dont have that information.

Thanks

It can't be pubished on this site, but if you call your guide or the sales office, I'm sure they can give it to you. The hours of operation are from 9 AM to 5:30 PM (I think) EDT.

If you have you membership card (since you'll need the number anyway) the phone number is on the back.

The toll number for MS is 407-566-3800

Please note that the member's only, 800 phone number, is paid for by member's dues. It can only be used by members who must give their membership number when calling.

We do not allow posting the number because in the past many non-members try using that number to call DVC or even thinking that number was good to use to call CRO to make hotel or other reservations, or for general WDW questions.

This is why we do not allow posting the number as it can only be used by members, members who have the number printed on the back of their membership card.

Thanks for your understanding.

Caskbill,

That makes a lot of sense, why do they allow the posting of the “toll” number since most people have free long distance on their cell phones?

I know I am in the process of checking to see if I have been “loaded” in the system yet with my first contract (resale) and the broker did not supply me with the number so I had to go find it on my own. I would guess that that is what the OP’s situation is also.

By the way thanks for the great point management tool.

Because even though member services won't speak to a non-Member, it is the hold time waiting for a CM to answer, that cost members $$. Each minute on hold on an 800 number costs the members. The 407 number doesn't accrue that cost, it is paid for by the caller.
