Member Services Phone Line Busy

I have been trying to reach MS via phone all morning. The phone either goes to a busy signal, or it hangs up on me. Anyone else having the same issue?
 
Lots of people calling to get the special ticket offer.
 
I was able to get through, but the line went silent for a while. If you connect, keep waiting through the silence, and you may get through. :)

I kept trying and finally the phone rang, and it took an hour on hold to speak with someone. Although, I got the great service, just took a little longer today!
 
I'm getting the beeping and Your call can not go through at this time. I called earlier and it said it would be at least a 30 minute wait and I couldn't stay on hold that long as I had to do something so I'll keep trying back today.
 
I've tried off and on all day Friday and several times today, only a busy signal. I'm trying to book a stay in Sept and couldn't do it online either.

I've been trying throughout the day today and busy signals each time! This of course led me to this thread because surely there'd be an answer here :)

What's funny is that the reason I'm calling is for the ticket offer, just like everyone else!! Guess it would have been cool if they found a way to make that offer self-serve through the website..but we can always hope for the future.
 
I kept trying the 1-800 number and it was busy every time. Then I tried the 1-407-566-3800 number and got thru the 1st try. Could have just been luck. Was on hold a little over an hour.
 
I finally got through after constant redials, 90 minute wait. Made my res for a Sept stay and grabbed the ticket offer for that stay. Keep trying, castmember said they've been swamped.
 
Tried dialing 10 times at three separate points this morning and nothing but busy signals....
 
I finally got through after dialing about 20 times. Wait time was 45 minutes. Which was how long I waited until someone answered. Good luck!
 
I got thru but it says they are experiencing an outage and to try back later. Will try in about an hour.
 
I had to call this morning about a reservation. Dialed about 12 times before I got in and the wait was about 30 minutes. Service was amazing.
