Member Services not answering the phone 10/11/22

Anybody else getting this? They have a pre-recorded message saying the offices will be closed for training from 2:30 to 5:00 today, but it's currently 9am and the message hangs up on me after it plays.
 
Just called and got through with no wait. He did say they got no calls for the first 20 minutes which was possibly because the phone system was disconnecting calls.

Not defending DVC at all, but let's keep in mind that much of the area around Celebration had some pretty extensive flooding just two weeks ago, and with all utilities underground, there's a good chance they are still cleaning out/dewatering some communications vaults or replacing damaged equipment (they'd be doing secondary and tertiary repairs now after restoring primary comms first) and someone at AT&T or whoever is providing land line service for DVC may have tripped a switch or cut power to a switching station temporarily, etc.

Or maybe someone unplugged the phone panel in order to plug in their Mickey waffle maker...

The phone line was working fine yesterday afternoon (4:35) and I actually didn't wait at all. I was actually super surprised

Same. I called at 5:51 pm EST yesterday and went right to a person with no good time. I was not expecting that at all.
