I had my 20 point Mother's Day reservation cancelled at Gran Cal due to COVID-19. I was bummed out, but it's ok. I called yesterday because I never saw my points loaded back into my account. Apparently I had used Banked 2018 points, so they informed me my 20 points are good till Nov 30 2020. It took me less than 2 minutes to connect via chat and another couple of minutes to resolve my issue. I can't wait to go back to Disneyland

Were you able to get a reservation? I have September 30 - October 4 waitlisted and I’ve been stalking the website - very little availability for the rest of the year.

I just got my points back. I have a reservation for a studio on Nov 1 2020. It will be the first time I stay at Gran Cal. My home resort is Aulani. Good luck on your waitlist!
