Member services closed?

I emailed member services yesterday with instructions on a waitlist (cancel an AKV reservation if the new waitlist comes through) and they replied that it has been noted that my reservation number “xyz” will be canceled if the waitlist comes through but the reservation number they gave us for my riviera reservation a few days later. I called this morning to try to fix this and the recording says they are closed for the holiday but their website says they are open until 3pm today. Anyone know if member services is actually available today?

I called this morning and got through fine. They are open from 9-3pm EST

They should be. You probably called too early if you called before you posted here. They don't open until 9 am Eastern.
