Member Services Busy Signal?

Been trying to call Member Services since 9am and keep getting a busy signal...is this normal? Usually, I get the automated prompts and then an estimated wait time. Busy signal seems like a strange way to handle business phone lines.

I just ask about it on their chat feature. I was told the phone lines are down and they are working on it. :worried:
 
Thanks for the head's up. I hope the delay doesn't screw up my plans for later.
 

Was wondering the same thing myself when I called, but I knew I'd find out why if I went to the Disboards!

Managed to get my ducks in a row. We're now all set for our November vacation. Well, we do have a waitlist pending, but it's just a happy upgrade if it happens, since we're already happy with the accommodations we've got in place.

2 nights in a Poly villa, 1 night at BLT in a 1-bed while our friends have 1 night in an AKL studio (they're getting in late at night and didn't want to waste points on a big room) and then 9 more nights at AKL-Kidani in a 2bdrm. Yay!
