Member Service Open?

Am I right in thinking that Member Services isn't open on Sunday's and won't be open Easter Monday?

MS is always closed on Saturday and Sunday. Here in the U.S. businesses are open on the Monday following Easter and MS will be open as well. There's a chance they may be closed this Friday, Good Friday, but I'm not 100% positive whethere they are open or closed.

As per the Vacation Planning Calendar the days MS is closed in 2006 & 2007 are:

New Year's Day
Martin Luther King Day
Memorial Day
July 4
T'Giving Day
Christmas Day

Easter Monday is not a holiday that is generally recognized by businesses. If employees want off they usually have to use a personal day.

I will be phoning member services on Monday as our 180+10 days opens up so it will be handy as we will be off work!!

Hopefully sitting out side in the sunny garden, as the forecast looks good for the UK for Easter
