Member referral for new members? Guide?

My sister wants to buy in direct (it's a very long story as to why, don't bother with the "talk her into resale" comments). I bought resale and have never talked to my Guide, but I hear we all have one. How can I put her in touch with a good guide, or even my guide? Are there any incentives if a member refers a new member? Thanks.

You can contact your Guide at 800 800-9100. You may be entitled to a referral award depending on your state laws.

We live in Texas and we are not allowed to receive a payment for real estate transactions.

Thanks for the info. Interesting call. Turns out I have no guide. The woman said she has no idea why we weren't assigned one. I got assigned to Randy, a phone sales guy who said he's been there a loooong time. Seems nice enough and he'll call her. He said I get a couple hundred bucks from it. I was kinda hoping they'd toss me some points instead
