Member Pricing Question

I had my resale membership (CCV) less than 2 mo when I purchased VGF in March 2021. I bought in during the first month of sales and was given current member pricing.

I only own VGF. I thought the VGF2 current member pricing for 150 points was fantastic in March 2022.

A year later VGF is now $33 less per point with Magical Beginnings for the same contract. Want the current UY points? Still $11 cheaper per point.

You can't really predict what the price will be. If you don't want that 100 point resale contract I wouldn't buy it just to have access to saving ~$4 per point a month sooner than general public sales. I am also curious to see about the association for the Poly tower. If it's the same association, I imagine all Poly resale will tank like VGF. If you buy Poly resale now hoping it's the same association and you can combine points, the "loss" in buying overpriced resale could be used direct and going up a tier of points with more developer incentives. If they aren't the same association (which I am leaning towards since VGF2 was confirmed as the same early on) you own something you may not want.

Just remembered! I believe that the one year of ownership refers to the financing of DVC direct with DVD and the ability to qualify for better rates!!!

This is correct. After one year you qualify for financing without credit check. You're automatically approved for their best rate.
