Is there a way to access your member # in your Apple Wallet? And if so, has the member # changed since we got these digital cards? In attempting to enter the "free" drawing they sent me, I filled everything out until they asked for my Member #. Proudly, I went to the other room to get my old, plastic card and copied it off there. DVC acknowledged it and I continued. But then I realized "Not so proud now, you dummy, you could have just taken the number off your "Apple Wallet", which was on your phone right next to your computer instead of walking to the other room, and finding your plastic card." Looked at my card (virtual) and it listed an ID, same number of digits, but different ones. So has Member # changed?

The number on the apple wallet is not your member #. So it has not changed and you can't access it from there.....that would be too simple.

AFAIK, member numbers have not changed. HOWEVER, the number on th card in my wallet is NOT my DVC Member number. No idea what that number is for.

I have an android phone, but I doubt the Apple version is different.

The number in my Apple wallet is not the same as my DVC member id as it has a letter in it. My DVC member numbers have not changed and I use them when calling MS (I have 2 member numbers due to multiple UY).

Thanks. So it looks like I can go back to being glad for taking that walk, and also glad that I kept the old, hard plastic card that I've said numerous times "Why am I keeping this?"

I keep a copy of the member id in an Apple note......save that walk next time :-)

I keep a copy of the new digital card you can download from the website in my notes section on my phone. It has my membership # on it....this way, I always have it if needed. It does expire one month from when you download it, but I don't use it for discounts...I use the one in my wallet...but it does keep it handy for me if I need the actual number.

I have the digital card there as well. I keep the member id in text as well so I can quickly copy and paste if necessary.

Good ideas! Think I will do both. :)

DVC piggy backed onto the existing Disney MagicMobile pass for their digital ID cards. Since the original purpose of the Disney MagicMobile pass was to allow you to use your smartphone just like a MagicBand, the code on the Disney MagicMobile pass is basically the same as the code on the back of any MagicBand. It simply ties that pass to your MDE account so that you can use your smartphone to enter a WDW theme park and a few other functions.
