Member Getaways Chart

The point chart that was shown in" Vacation Magic" and our Member Getaways book for 1 and 2 bedroom exchanges (based on low to high time), is it for each person or just per 7 night exchange? It seems to be a good deal if you only have to use 160 points for a 1 bedroom for any of the listed exchange resorts (like Maui). Any info would be greatly appreciated.

It is my understanding that the number of points are per room, not per person, for a 7 night exchange.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.
