I know they have "Welcome Home Wednesdays." But when we were there last July, there was another member event at BLT. I got the impression that they did it every day. Do they still do this event every day? And if so, how far in advance would you suggest calling to reserve a spot? It was at this event that they gave us DVC pins and some fast-passes (after they talked to us about adding on).

When we were there a thanksgiving last year ,it was held on saturday at about 2:00 pm , like you stated it was fun games pins and food and free which is best of all .

When we were there in February, they were holding the member event twice a week. We booked it a few days before.

We were there last week and went to Welcome Home Wednesday. They mentioned there about the BLT tour and I think they said it was 3 days a week now... I know Tuesday was one of the days, maybe Thursday too... can't remember the other day, Saturday comes to mind. I know... great info, right?!

We went in April to the BLT event. I knew about it from these boards and ask a DVC person working a desk at the Poly about it. He said it great but fills up fast and signed my whole family up for the event.
We were staying at BLT. It is held on Tues and Thurs., you meet in the lobby of the BLT at 12:40pm, where you are signed in and then brought up to the TOWL.

We all received VIP FastPasses, which entitle you to 3 immediate entrance to the ride via fastpass entrance. They had nice desserts, fruit and soft drinks and coffee. There was about an hour presentation with a game and some prizes given away (DVC drawstring bags) with one lucky winner of a $100 gift card. After the presentation they offered tours of resort.

My family enjoyed the event. It was our first DVC stay and my boys felt like VIPs, plus they loved the special FastPasses.

You do need to be registered by a DVC person for this event.

Just returned from The World Saturday. The BLT event was offered to us for Tuesady, Thursday, and Saturday. they recommended going saturday as it was the lowest attendance therefore increased your chance of winning the $100 gift card.
