Melon Balls

I used to drink them all the time.

Haven't had one in years!

Maybe it's time to pass on the lemonade and make me a Melon Ball! (but later in the day, it's way too early right now, I'm still not on my second cup of coffee yet!)

I was envisioning a melon baller scooping into cold, sweet cantaloupe flesh when I saw the title of this thread....aaah!

I had no idea there was a drink called "Melon Ball"....I'll have to investigate.

Melon Ball

1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Melon Liqueur (Midori)
1/2 oz. Orange Juice

Mix and drink.

I used to make mine in a tall glass with lots of ice!

Great on a hot summer night!

I uses to drink those back in the day. But alas I cannot no longer even stand to smell them due to an unforunate incident years ago

Enjoyed my first melon ball on my honeymoon. We make them all the time and like them "frozen" as well. Yummy!
