Well today went well. I weighed in this morning at 284 which is down a lb from last Monday.
Today I ate kinda crappy and went over points and used some of my flex points.
Breakfast I had Banana nut bread and raisins.
Lunch: frozen pizza 3 small slices
Dinner: rotiserrie(sp?) chicken(part of the breast meat), macaroni salad, potato salad, and a salad with Italian dressing. I also had some raw cauliflower and a few cherry peppers. I was stuffed.
Bad news was I had some Mt. Dew gotta avoid that big time.

I will drink water this week and hope it help leads to further weight loss success.
Tomorrow goal is to get dvd player hooked up so I can see about getting in some exercise(WATP dvd) and I think I may take a swim tomorrow too. My dd loves to swim. She got a new floaty suit that helps her learn and she is loving it despite cracking her chin open on side of the pool 2 weeks ago while wearing it and walking on the pool step. Poor baby had 25 stitches put in it was heart wrenching. Anyhow it will be some exercise but by no means very highly calorie burning just wading while my dd swims.
