Alright so I stepped on the scale last night and I don't like it at all. I'm so upset with myself for letting it get back up to 294.6. A lot of it is probably water weight as I'm on AF but I know it was pushing over 290 before she came.
I've been walking a lot at work. Plus I had a lot of Mt Dew this week because of my new 4am wake time to get to work by 5am.
I think I will be doing the tea at work its free and will give me a little caffine boost until I get going but the 4 packets of sugar I use won't help much. But its a lot less than soda.
So tomorrow(today really) is a new day and I'm starting right now at the begining AGAIN. I'm setting my sparkpeople back up to new weight start and I HAVE to start journaling my food. Right when I get home from work I will journal all the stuff from morning on, I think I will start having a early dinner at 4pm(since I have to leave for class at 5pm) and that way I can just have a fruit or something on break at school and of course we are still going to walk on nights we actually take our 30 minute break.
I just can't keep this up or I'll be over that dreaded 300 lb mark if I keep this up.
So far today food has been bad. I had doughnuts for breakfast. Darn brother buys them and I just wanna scream sometimes since its so hard to resist them when its so quick and easy to just grab one.
And I am still slowly working on and enjoying my Mt Dew I opened this morning. I'm sticking to water the rest of the day or maybe one glass of OJ(for Vitamin C since I'm sick) with lunch.

Hopefully I have better luck finding stuff that fits. I'll go to Lane Bryant I guess and see what they got on sale. Stuff there usually fits me great.
Well Kohls, where I went tonight, probably had stuff that would have fit and definitely stuff I liked but not in the budget I was looking to fit in. I did get myself some new scrunchies that are super soft chennile type material and 4 new hair clips that should be easier to squeeze open. My other ones have prongs broke off too.
Felt nice to buy things for myself and for once in my life I left Kohls without something for Zoe.
