Which way do I go -- or are there other options???

Flights INTO Orlando seem slightly cheaper! But Melbourne is about 15 min closer.

what do you recommend? What companies do you recommend for the best service and/or prices???

Should I get it combined with my cruise reservation package or book seperate?

HOW LONG are trips when using shuttles / getting cars???

For us it is MUCH cheaper to fly into orlando and there are many more flights to choose from. We fly in the night before stay in orlando area and drive to port in rental car in the am.

We fly down the night before into Orlando, and then get to the ship early, to have a long DAY 1

We fly into Orlando, rent a one-way car from Avis at the airport. It takes about an hour to get to the port area and we return the car to Avis at the Radisson and then take the Avis/Radisson shuttle to the port. We ususally fly in the night before and stay at the Radisson.

This time we are going on the 5/17 Magic and flying in that morning. I think we will take a van service this time since there are 8 of us going. DCL transfers are just too much money.

It is definitely cheaper for me to fly into Orlando. We usually rent a car from AVIS as that is also the least expensive transfer option. Town car services are a great alternative too. :)

From the airport it's about a 50 minute drive to the port.
