I use them- actually Colleen is who I deal with and she is very efficent and takes care of everything i need. She also calls me back and changes my reservations to update with any discounts i can get. I love that she will let me know what is avilable and the prices and then let me choose out what I want. She has done a little of booking meals but mainly I perfer to do those myself. She also came through a few weeks before i was going with a school group and found us all the rooms we needed when disney had told the chaperone in charge nothing was avialable.

I have been dealing with Maureen. My trip isn't planned until december 2007, my first to florida, and she has been so patient and fantastic answering all my questions. can you imagine trying to guess what the world will be like in 16 months, but she answers every one of them, emailing back and forth once or twice a week. I would highly recommend!!!

Beci is my agent and I couldn't be happier. She has booked mulitple trips for myself and other members of my family. She has gone out of her way for us. She has booked one non disney cruise and looked into other vacation destinations for my husband and I.Her company is awesome and you will be very pleased dealing with anyone there.
