Just to be clear, Jay Rasulo is Disney's Chief Finance Officer. Its Tom Skaggs that is in charge of the parks.

Rasulo was ion charge of the parks not too long ago but I would agree that all three of them aren't the greatest.

She retired she is older and has had some health issues recently most likely due to that
