Meeting Minimums?

Hi,

I wanted to know...if you meet Disney's minimum can you use outside vendors, such as a photographer, florist, etc?

It depends on where you hold your event. If any part of your event is in a Disney park, you cannot have outside photographers or videographers there for that event. For outdoor or in park events you can only use an outside florist for personal floral (bouquets, etc.). You have the greatest flexibility for indoor venues.

We definitely wanted outside photographers, so an in park ceremony or reception was out. Depending on how close we are to meeting the minimums we'll see about the florist. I have heard that Disney Florist is very good with working within your budget.
