Meeting Mickey at Town Hall

Random question but what kind of outfit is Mickey wearing when you meet him at Town Hall? Is it his regular outfit or is he dressed as a magician?

He's not dressed as a magician...he IS a magician

You can't tell from the pic, but he's also wearing a cape. He had my kids run around the room with him like airplanes. It was neat to hear/see him talk, but then my middle DS kept asking why no one else talked!
