I was there a few weeks ago (last Wednesday in January), but it wasn't the best test because it had rained hard from about midnight until 8 AM and was still pretty gloomy when we entered the park at 8:45. The crowd was about as low as you are ever going to see it. We went to the Launch Bay first and Chewey hadn't even started meeting yet, and there were a couple of groups ahead of us. Then we went to see Darth Vader (who was still there) and waited about 10 minutes.
Keep in mind that the Disney Visa line doesn't start right away (at least it didn't when we were there). I think it started at 10:30 or 11. We came back again later in the day to take advantage of that.
The day we were there was so uncrowded that, even after doing the character meetings and looking around at some of the Star Wars displays, we were able to walk on at both RNRC and TOT. You won't be able to do that on a typical day. We spent about 30 minutes in the Launch Bay on that first visit, but it will probably take longer on a more normal day.
After doing it once, I would suggest doing RNRC first and then going to the Launch Bay. That's what we will probably do when I accompany my older daughters on their spring break trip. You're going to have to wait for something, but if you go right to RNRC you can probably get on and off there faster and get to the Launch Bay before it gets too crowded.
