Meeting Cinderella in early AM

How accurate are the wait times for meeting Cinderella in the early a.m.? Is it truly an hour wait at 9:30? We usually have a fast pass, but this time we're just going to try and hit them in the morning.

Tuesday, we ate at BoG, rode mine train twice, and then saw that Cindy was a non existent line at about 8:55.....I told my friend that if it was still low when we were done with Peter Pan, we would get in line.....it was over 30 minutes (and the line was back and forth outside too) by 9:03.....so I don't doubt the long line at 9:30....I saw shorter lines in the afternoon on the party days.....

Hmmm well maybe we will wait till the afternoon to go, because we are going on a party day.
