let's see, I've been the president of what we call MiaMaids (14-16 yr.-old girls) in my Church youth program...and basically any time we did a group project in school I would become "in charge" b/c nobody else ever wants to...oh, and I was in charge of my sister's "you're finally getting out of the hospital!" party (she was in there for 6 and a half months ...no kidding...looong story obviously) --I made it "Survivor" theme b/c we all like Survivor in my family, and while she was in there we kept joking that we were on "Hospital Survivor"...so, I had a big sign that said, "After 189 Days, You're Finally Being Voted Off Hospital Survivor!", and we had gummy worms, and these tropical decorations...it turned out really well

Whenever I have to do a group project I am ALWAYS put in charge. I don't ask to be, they just automatically nominate me saying "well, she's quiet, so she must be smart.." Yea, thanks for that..
