Here is the link to the original sign ups: http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?p=17963637#post17963637

The "rules" –
1. Choose a group. Choose your Meet and Greet Character interaction. I will do them by parks and as they fill up I will open another group. No more than 3 groups for each park. 8 people per group. You may sign up 2 groups if the spots don't fill, I will open them up.
2. Requirement: A topper for your meet and greet area
3. Please chose 2 additional elements – Post your element choices. It will be fine if some of the elements duplicate within a group.
4. PM me with your DIS name, name, home address, email address, and phone numbers if you have not swapped with me before. Email and phone numbers will only be used to follow up if I have not heard from you.
5. Post your weekly status on the Progress thread - which will be posted after the slots are filled.
You must check in 2 weeks prior to the due date by APRIL 20th. If I have not heard from you by then I will send you a pm & an email. I WILL ANGEL YOUR SPOT IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU WITHIN TWO DAYS OF THE PM OR EMAIL.
6. Check the progress thread for your status - it will be updated with ship info and received info.
7. Packing Instructions - use a Ziploc for each person and put everything for that person into their bag. Please label each bag with your name so we know who made each element. Place the individual bags into the larger (gallon size) Ziploc bag for each group you are in - be sure to include your name, your DIS name and your group number on the larger bag. Include $4.05 for postage (or stamps if you don't want to send cash) to return your items. ($4.60 if it's going to be mailed back after 5/14..but I don't think that will happen!)
Please don’t send metered or click-it/ship-it postage – some hostesses have had issues with these.
8. PM me if you have problems and need to drop out or if an emergency happens (we all know things happen beyond our control sometimes), let me know so we can make arrangements for an angel or other help if needed.
9. HAVE FUN!

Here are the final numbers for each group.

Group A: Make 8

Thanks everyone!! Here's to a great swap!! :):cloud9:

I started making my "plans" today (at work--shh don't tell!!), but I didn't get any farther than that! At least that's a start!! :thumbsup2

Yeah! You've started.. I started the progress thread.. I guess that is a plus!!!
Working at work.. well, that is good.. we don't have to tell them it's not really school related!!

Well, I have ToonTown printed out. Does that count? I also have the ideas down on paper.

I really wanted to make the AL's Toy Barn sign look like the one on the barn itself, but than the dimensions will not be inline for the topper requirements. Everything would still be double matted and be more of a paper piecing topper. Would that be okay?

Go with it... a little tweaking to the rules never hurt any of us!!! Thanks for asking though.. I asked about mine w/ the Camp Minnie Mickey topper for SIOH swap and it worked out great, or at least there were no complaints to me, hopefully not to SIOH either! Go for it!! Can't wait to see it!!!

UGH! I actually have some ideas, I just need time to try them out. What stinks is my computer is now in the living room and the printer is in the front hall so every time I want to print something I have to haul out the cables, plug it in, turn it on, etc. Such an ordeal!

So, what you do when you decide to clean.. you make life hard.. that will defintely keep your swapping to a limit, won't it?

I loved your CMM topper! In fact, I just used it the other day on pages from our March trip!

AWM--your Al's Toy Barn sounds neat!! :thumbsup2

Buffy, sorry about your computer situation! I hope that gets better soon!! :yay:

Thanks! I need a room of my own where I can just spread out and not have to worry about putting stuff back or I need a printer with wireless connectivity. The laser printer in the basement is but A) I have to run up and down the stairs (yeah right, that's too much like exercise) and B) it's black ink only.

Someday I'll get a room! Of course the kids will be in college by then but.....

Tell me about it! And I can't find anything! Well I guess I should get off this thing and try to find some Stanley clip art. I hope everyone is OK with Stanley, I had a really cool idea for a journal box so I went with it. The one nice thing about this swap is you don't necessarily have to use everything together. At least you won't with mine.

My DsS11 loves Stanley.. why, I think he enjoys it because it annoys the older siblings..but he was looking at my scrapbooking list and he already called the Stanley items for his scrapbook.. He said.. well, you know my mom isn't the crafty one..that is why she sends us to your house for projects, book reports, and most of all home cooked meals!:rotfl:

LOL poor kid. :rotfl2:

I have my prototypes for the Goofy
Elements will be topper, journal box with tag, license plate

I have to adhere the letters to the title and they will be done
The tags are half done.

Hopefully, Goofy will be done tomorrow night.

For Mulan
Elements will be topper (of course), squares(I think) and something else. I will have to see when what I ordered gets here. he he he:idea:

Goofy-tags, JBs, toppers are done. All that is left to do on LP is to finish 3 letters on 6 of them. Then I have to bag and label them.

Hopefully, my Mulan stuff will get here today.

I will be traveling to day so no board or working on swaps for me. I hope I don't miss the character meal.:confused3
