Meet and greets Questions

We are going to MK for one day September 28th and I have a few questions on where to find characters.
1. Is the Best place to meet Goofy and Donald at Pete's silly sideshow or will they be throughout the park?
2. Also I've seen pictures of Tinkerbell in people's hands is there anywhere in Magic Kingdom to get that done?
3. We love Baymax would we be able to find him anywhere in Magic Kingdom?
4. Lastly is it guaranteed that Disney Junior characters will be out and about or probably not if it's not scheduled?

1. Is the Best place to meet Goofy and Donald at Pete's silly sideshow or will they be throughout the park? They only meet at Pete's Silly Sideshow,
2. Also I've seen pictures of Tinkerbell in people's hands is there anywhere in Magic Kingdom to get that done? Yes. Just ask the PhotoPass photographers, especially on Main Street.
3. We love Baymax would we be able to find him anywhere in Magic Kingdom? Baymax no longer meets anywhere in WDW.
4. Lastly is it guaranteed that Disney Junior characters will be out and about or probably not if it's not scheduled? No. Disney Junior characters do not meet at MK, only DHS.
