Do you think there will be characters in the park from Harry potter ?

I think it's going to be generic people rather than 'names' iyswim

ie Hogwarts/BeauxBaton students, Hogsmeade villagers, wizards etc

Part of Universal's contract with JKR specifically states that characters that appeared in her books cannot be "meet and greet" (for lack of a better term.)
