Medical Tests~ Women over 40

I've been having "female" issues the last few months. The doctor's office just called and said that my pap came back showing endometrial cells. They nurse said that since I'm over 40, there's cause for concern. They had an appointment available this afternoon so I'm scheduled for a biopsy. Any advice/suggestions?

The nurse said that I can drive myself but I have no idea what to expect.
