Does anybody have the hotel reservation number? I keep calling the main number from the website and the things they want to know before you can actually speak to someone! Holy crap I think the only thing they didnt as was my ss number and what i had for lunch. Did that 3 times and didnt get where i wanted.
I just called to request a med fridge in our room and was told that it is against Disney policy to take that request. That request will be taken on a first come first serve basis upon arrival. I said "Really, because the last 12 times I have stayed there I have always requested a fridge and it has been in the room when I arrived"(All Stars) So I asked her her name and lo and behold guess what it was? AURORA! Please! I asked for an Employee ID and was told they don't have them and I asked "Your name is really Aurora" Yes, apparantly it is. Should have been Maleficent.
