Med cruise-private tours?

Hey everyone!
We're going to be on the Magic in June leaving from Barcelona. I'd love to know the names of some good private tour companies you've used while in the Italian ports. We have specific things we want to see in each city and the Disney shore excursions have either way too much or not enough. We'd like to set up custom tours so that we can see just what we want and not waste time seeing things we don't!

I would recommend you check out Trip Advisor. That is how we found all of our independent tour operators. Driver in Rome is one vendor that comes to mind.

We were very happy with "share a shore excursion" dot com. You can do full private or small group shared.

I second the thread in @Agent 86's comment. From that, I booked Rome In Limo for Rome (very specific list of things to do) and Shore Excursions in Italy for our Livorno port day (going to Cinque Terre). We also used Barcelona Day Tours last year and will use them again for a trip to Monserrat after the cruise.

We'll be on the 5 day cruise out of Barcelona in July.
