Mears with Toddler - Carseat?

We are staying at the Swan & Dolphin for the first time this November (DH has a conference there), so we can't use ME from MCO. We are traveling with our two year old. I was wondering about the carsuit situation. Would DD just sit on my lap or would a carseat be needed with Mears?

Mears uses vans, buses and sometimes cabs to get guests around. I've been in a van. I wouldn't worry about the car seat. You will most likely be in a bus.
