Mears Transportion from WDW Resort to Universal.....

I just listened to a PodCast Email show from last month it is mentioned that for $109/$99 you'll get a 1 day 2 park ticket to Universal and Mears transportation from your resort to Universal and back. How does one do this, who do you purchase the ticket from?

Will we need more than 1 day at Universal? We're thinking of visiting Orlando next early-mid March. If we stay more than one day we may as well spend a night or 2 near Universal, how would we get from MCO to Universal assuming we start there and then how would we get from Universal to WDW or vice versa starting in WDW (ME I suppose from MCO to WDW) but how to get from WDW to Universal and then back to MCO if we don't end the vacation at WDW?
