I am trying to find a cheaper way to get from Dophin to airport to get teen son on a flight and get my toddler and I back to hotel. I may have to wait at airport with him to get him all checked in so not sure if i can plan to have some one wait for me.

Is Mears really that unreliable? Anyone have anything good to say about them. I did call a town car service and they do not have a discount for multiple trips. Trying to research and it looks like Mears would be the cheapest route at this time. Help!

Mears will probably put you in a DME bus. You could always book transportation from the Boardwalk, then you would be transported on a DME bus. Bus service is good. You'll still pay at least $60. My first choice would be to get his BP in advance and just let him take a towncar, without you. MCO isn't that complicated,a good driver can help him and it probably won't cost any more than the $60 for Mears.

Alternately just rent a car for a day. You can make a shopping stop. National/Alamo has a desk in the Dolphin.

This link discusses bus service to the airport from the TTC. I can't offer any comments, but it may be a feasible choice for you.

IMHO, Mears is generally a good alternative. Though certainly not perfect, we've had no issues in the past with unreliable pick-ups. (We now use ME and sometimes a towncar.) Next to the bus, it would be your cheapest alternative.
