Mears pick up times

For those of you that have used Mears recently...do you remember what your pick up time was to return to the airport? 3 hours early, 4?
I know they will vary by day and group, but I want to get an idea of what I can plan for my last morning in the WDW.

I think it's usually 3 hours. My last time there it was 3:05 for a 6:15 flight.
