Mears or Tiffany to IOA?

I am trying to decide whether to book Mears or Tiffany to take us to IOA from the WDW Dolphin hotel and hope you can help me out in my decision.

I saw on the Tiffany website that they charge $54 roundtrip but when I emailed them for a price they told me $60, is their website outdated I wonder or is it because it will be in Holiday time (Dec 29th)?

I haven't checked the price with Mears but if I remember rightly seeing it on the boards as $12 per person, is that right? We are 2 adults and 2 children under 12.

So, the price difference looks like being $12. Do you think it is worth paying extra for Tiffany?

One question I have is do Tiffany allow you to change your departure time, as I know Mears let us do that when we went to Sea World on our last trip, we could just ring them if we wanted to be picked up earlier or later, do Tiffany let you do this or do you have to stick to the time you give on booking?

Another questions is, do they both drop off and pick up at the same place at IOA, or is one nearer to the entrance/exit than the other? I have tendinitis in my toe and am trying to cut down my walking so the nearer the better!

Any one who can help me make a decision here, or who has experience of using either/both firms, I would appreciate your help!

If you really want to take a towncar, you might want to price the others. We use Happy Limo and took them to IOA from Port Canaveral once. But when we stay at WDW, we usually take the Mears shuttle to IOA and use the towncar for airport transfers. They both drop off in the same area (which is a pretty far hike, so be prepared!!). The downside of the Mears shuttle is that you may stop at multiple hotels, and they are usually late coming back in the evening (but not by much...we leave when the park closes and have waited maybe 5 or 10 minutes each time). They usually take us out in a small van and return us in a big bus. But if you want to convenience of your own ride that takes you direct and that will be there waiting for you, then price the towncars from some other companies.

i always use them when i go down they are much better than mears!no stops at other hotels!!!!!!!!!Hope this helps!!!!
