Anyone know which resorts it will drop passengers off at, en route to Contemporary?
We have used Mears Express previously where it was direct to Poly resort on our last trip.

Does anyone know which resorts the standard service usually drops off at en route to Contemporary? Thanks in advance!

When we road it to BLT last time which was a while ago, they stopped at C terminal for passengers and then 5 other resorts before ours. We were on the bus for about 1-1/2 hrs. He started far south and worked his way north to MK area. This was rather early in the Mears Connect birth. Hopefully it is not that awful now. They stop at more than just Disney resorts, by the way.

Wow our flight is arriving quite late so I hope we won’t have a similar journey. We might book express heading back to MCO for our (int’l) flight home just to be on the safe side. Thanks for sharing!

We were late morning. I wouldn’t expect that for a late arrival. You might be put in one of the vans if they aren’t busy to get to your resort.
By the way, our trip back to MCO was fine.

Used Mears Connect for a drop off at Contemporary last summer. Similar to the above poster, we were the last resort dropped off and it took forever. There were about 5 resorts dropped off before us. We were off our flight by about 10:00am but it was almost 12:30 by the time we got to our resort. Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but definitely longer than I expected.

It all depends on what resorts others are staying at but in general the MK resorts are the last. It really is just the logistics of where the bus enters WDW meaning there always be resorts closer then the MK ones. You could always be on a bus that is just MK resorts as well or a van.

Yeah, BLT drop off was dead last… 4 or 5 resorts before… and took well over an hour. Midday/early afternoon.

In June, I arrived late afternoon and the order was:
Off site hotel (don’t remember name)
Hilton Disney Springs - this stop was annoying because it was for someone who wasn’t supposed to be on that particular bus and then we got stuck for about 25 minutes due to a bunch of cars blocking the drop off area.
Wilderness Lodge
WLV
BLT
Contemporary - where I got off
After that they still had the Grand Floridian and Poly

Luckily I was by myself and it wasn’t a big deal in my overall plans. But the trip took a couple hours. Huge contrast to when DH and I took it to All Star Music a couple years ago. We had no issues then.

Under DME? They were much faster back then. My Dec trip the driver said he'd be stopping at 6 hotels I think my drop at ASMu was like drop 5. Swore off Mears after that, I don't have that sort of patience with my vacation time.

Wonder if 6 hotels is the max they stop at?

No, it was Mears. But this was in April 2022, so not too long after DME ended. Maybe their customer volume was higher then or we probably just gotten lucky.
Honestly, I had both great and not so great experiences with DME. Took us almost 2 hours to get to Coronado once after stopping at the All Stars, AKL/Villas and maybe somewhere else? But our flight didn't arrive until after midnight so not too surprising.
I hear you about the patience with the valuable vacation time. If I can remotely fit it in my budget, I don't take the bus. Only took it in June because it was just me meeting up with extended family that were already in Orlando. I also only needed the one way trip. There was a couple ahead of me getting on the bus with 3 children, a double stroller, and a multitude of luggage. If I were them, I would have sacrificed something else in my budget to avoid all that hassle.
