meal vouchers

what is the difference between VKL vouchers and Q&C vouchers. Are they purchased at the same place (Connections or Hot Wire Savings) or elsewhere.

The Q & C voucher is $11.50 at HWSC and can be used at alot of counter service places (fast food like places). The VKL vouchers is $31 for adults and $12.75 for a child. These can be used at sit down places (most people use them at Rainforest Cafe') You can use them at both Rainforest Cafe' but the one DTD has to be used before 4pm. Is this a new thing?- When did it change?
You COULD NOT use them at DTD -RFC at all when I went last year.

I don't know how new this is, but a few weeks ago I called Rainforest Cafe' in DTD to make a reservations and was told they can be used, but they had to be used before 4pm. The Rainforest in Animal Kingdom can be used anytime. Don't take me word for it, call for yourself.
