Meal vouchers and tipping?

I just joined Connections but haven't ordered any Meal Vouchers yet. I was wondering if anyone still tips the waiter/waitress even though the tip and tax is suppose to be included?

If you don't tip how do you know that the waiter gets his part from the voucher? Does that make sense?

I would just feel bad if they didn't get a tip at all!

We've actually asked the server. We were told they get the tip on what we ordered not what the amount of the voucher is. That being said, we have had excellent service when using the vouchers and always leave another tip.

Don't woryy..we have used them on the last 2 trips and the CM know about them and they know tax and gratuity are included. Have never had an embarassing situation.
