Meal voucher shipping changed?

I made my 1st. order from Conn. website 2 months
ago and they arrived in 4 days. I placed another
order 7 days ago and the website stated that the
vouchers would arrive in 7-10 days. It said that
they would be sent with standard shipping. The
1st order I got was sent 2nd day air through the
USPS. I will post to let everyone know how they
were sent. I hope they get here soon because I
will be leaving in 12 days. Anyone received your
vouchers recently? How were they sent?

I order the vouchers twice during the month of Aigist and both times they came 2nd day air via UPS.

I ordered a 5-day pass and 3 vouchers on Saturday, August 30 and recieved them by mail on Friday, Sept. 5
I thought maybe it was because Monday was a Holiday but maybe they really did change the shipping.

I ordered in August and got it via USPS (no signature required!) for the first time. It had always been UPS before. I was glad not to have to play "will I catch the UPS man today?" for once!

I just ordered some vouchers for our Oct trip and they came in about 3 days but this time they came through Airborne. It was just left in my mail box. I didnt have to sign for the vouchers.
Well see what happens next time Im going to order some more vouchers for our trip.

My vouchers finally arrived yesterday. They were
also sent Airborne and the mailman put them in
my mailbox. It took over a week this time, maybe
because I ordered some VKL vouchers. Counting the
days, we will be on our way in 9 days. Wow, I am
ready!!!!

I just checked my order confirmation from Hotwire Savings Club and it too says "7-10 business days". I ordered on 9/3 and still haven't gotten them

I guess I shouldn't start worrying yet, but I am anxious to have them in my hands.

at just Disney? Are you able to use them at any place in Disney? Why do you use vouchers instead of money, is this just a way to by them ahead of time, so you don't have to spend as much on your trip??

Mom2Angels~At the top of the Budget Board there is a thread titled "everything you need to know about meal vouchers" --or something like that. If you still have specific questions just post them.

Happy ending to my voucher story.... they came yesterday!

Crazymomof 4--Im so glad they came. I would have been worried too if I were you. How did they arrive UPS, USPS or Airborne??

They came USPS-Airborne. Right on the envelope it says: "carrier leave if no response" so my postman could have just left it at my door but instead he left one of those "sorry I missed you" notes that tells you to pick it up at the Post Office the next day! I was mad bc. he couldn't have even knocked- my kids were right in the room by the front door and always hear when someone knocks, besides my door was wide open (only the screen door shut). On top of that, he wrote on the note that the envelope was from "Canada" which made me think that it wasn't the vouchers
Anyway, I am so relieved that they are here and getting more excited by the day!
I want to start packing but if I start this early I think I'll forget what stuff I put in which bag!

LOL I want to start packing also. My trip counter is not correct--we changed our dates so we will be there in 20 days--we are goig Oct 2-8 and hitting MNSSHP Oct 5. Maybe we will run across you guys.

Here's our schedule for the 2-8th:

2nd-Clearwater Beach for the day.
3rd-9:30am Character Brkfst @ GF, sightseeing around the world w/o using passes, RFC 5pm dinner
4th-AK 'til 5pm then over to EPCOT if we're not popped!
5th-EPCOT
6th-Hanging out at our pool at the villa.
7th MK
8th-TL
Any crossover with your itinerary?

LOL we have a very loose itinerary. Arrive Oct 2 late. Spend Fri & Sat at US/IOA then over to OKW Sat evening. Then over the next 4 days we are hitting MK, AK, MGM and prob a quick stop at Epcot for MS. But other than hitting MNNSHP Oct 5 we dont have any certain dates for each park.
