Where, oh, where did I see it???

The other day I ran across a meal planning worksheet that someone had a link to. It had spaces to fill in where you're eating b-fast, lunch & dinner for a week, I believe.

It's NOT the meal planning info on wdwig.com.
I think it might be intended for Priority Seating planning.

I want to print it & plan our upcoming on-site and in our DVC room meals.

Can anyone help me locate it again??? Puleeeeze?

DIS has one here on their website....but it gave me wrong dates on about 1/2 of the entries I did! For example 0/00/04????

Yet I double and triple checked to see if I had made a mistake, and it was fine on my end. It was frustrating, especially inputting a 8 days of ressies in!

I like the format ash&abby's mom recommended!

Neither was the one I saw a few days ago.

It was a spreadsheet looking thing where you could fill in your own meal info - there was no budget workup. It didn't limit you to
the restaurants. You didn't have to select your restaurants from a list. There was a field to fill in your priority seating numbers -

Jiminy! Why can't I re-find it??? Could it be because I'm over 40 now???!!!!
