Meal Plan

I am new to this board, so I am sure this question has been asked. Is there an area to find out about the different meal plans and the cost? We are booked for Dec. and have the meal plan (1 sit down, 1 counter and 1 snack). Just not sure If I should be upgrading to the next one or not..Thanks

For Me and DW the regular DDP is plenty of food.
