Meal Plan Credits - Will This Work?

My GF and I recently had 3 nights at the Polynesian, park tickets, and a deluxe meal plan gifted to us. We are planning on adding on 2 nights at the beginning of the trip at Port Orleans to bring the total to 5 nights but, we only have the deluxe meal plan credits for the 3 days at the Polynesian.

My questions is can we use these meal credits whenever we want or do they have to be used on the 3 days that we are staying at the Polynesian? Our schedule looks like this:

Day 1: Arrival (Pay out of Pocket)
Day 2: Hollywood Studios/Epcot (Use Meal Credits)
Day 3: Pool Day (Pay out of Pocket)
Day 4: Magic Kingdom (Use Meal Credits)
Day 5: Animal Kingdom (Use Meal Credits)

You cannot use meal credits early. They cannot be used until the first Polynesian day.

If you add the two additional nights to the end of your trip you could use meal/snack credits until midnight of the day you check out at Poly and check in to PO.
